Joseph Campbell and the Power of Myth
Doug Rubio, Pulpit Guest
Joseph Campbell was perhaps the greatest scholar of mythology who ever lived. With an intimate knowledge of the world’s myths and religions, he found recurring themes in them all, and spent a lifetime teaching us how to use those myths and themes as guideposts for our lives. This service will explore some of his most compelling ideas as he explained them in his famous interviews with journalist Bill Moyers.
