Honoring the Rite of Retirement

As a congregation we have rites of passage for birth and entering adulthood. As a society we celebrate graduations. However, we do too little to honor retirement as a new phase in life. For those of us in good health and who save prudently, retirement can be a joyous time. It can also be a confusing time trying to navigate this new last phase of life.
