A Hearth of Love and Justice

Following the Women’s Ministerial Conference in 1875, twenty-one Unitarian women founded the Iowa Sisterhood to serve churches throughout the Great Plains. They sought to make their churches extensions of the domestic hearth. Join us for this multigenerational service and learn more about this extraordinary group of ordained women.
