That religion causes violence is a truism in our culture… something that everybody knows. But is it true? Does it matter much if it’s not? We will delve into this truism, into what we know about religion and about violence, and see where we get!
The Rev. Christine Robinson is the minister emerita of the First Unitarian church of Albuquerque, New Mexico, where she served as Senior Minister from 1988-2017. One of her great joys during those years was supervising the internship of James Galasinski! Since retiring she has enjoyed in person and virtual consulting and preaching. Christine is married, has a grown son, and enjoys gardening and fabric crafts in her spare time.
