MLK and the Poor People’s Campaign

MLK Jr.’s last project was the Poor People’s Campaign. He realized the civil rights wins of the 50’s and 60’s were not making the lives of ordinary African American’s better. The campaign was a multiracial coalition dedicated to economic equality. It continues today and we have a chance to be part of it.
