A Social Action Shared Offering (SASO) will be introduced Sunday, January 30 during worship. Pulpit guest Dr. Tom Langen’s sermon “Earth Stewardship in the Spirit of Wangari Maathai” will explore the thoughts behind this particular project. Donations will be received on behalf of The Green Belt Movement, an environmental organization that empowers communities, particularly women, to conserve the environment and improve livelihoods.
