In these challenging times, we are not alone. Please join us in Facing the Present with Heart: a mindful listening circle, in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh.
We will practice meditation on the breath to reduce stress and facilitate understanding and compassion. And we will practice mindful listening to hold space to share our feelings and experiences, hopes and fears.
Facilitated by Jenna Joya Blondel, PhD, Minister of Walking Prayer, we will meet on the first Sunday of the month, beginning March 2, from 2 to 3pm in Canton at the Unitarian Universalist Church; and on the third Thursday of the month, beginning March 20, from 6 to 7pm in Potsdam at Trillium at the Presbyterian Church. There is no charge, and all are welcome.
