The last few months have been uncertain and unsettling and many of us are feeling anxious, frightened and worried. How do we care for ourselves and each other during difficult times? This week’s CC&More offers an opportunity to share practices or touchstones that have helped you to buoy the spirit or leaven the mood. Do you turn to poems or stories or humor to calm your nerves and lift your spirits? Bring your favorites to share; the funnier the better as we could all use a little laugh therapy. We will also play a fun game to learn more about each other.
