Annual Meeting

The Annual Meeting will be held after the service. Everyone is welcome, but only members may vote.
The meeting will include the election of new members of Church Council, reports from our Minister, Director of Religious Education, Council President, Budget & Finance Committee Chair, and Nominating Committee Chair.
Following are materials for the meeting:
There will be an all-church potluck lunch immediately following the Annual Meeting.
Please bring dishes to share according to your last name: A – G: dessert; H – R: salad/side dish; S – Z: main dish. And don’t forget your potluck packs!
