Facing the Present with Heart

In these challenging times, we are not alone. Please join us in Facing the Present with Heart: a mindful listening circle, in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh.

We will practice meditation on the breath to reduce stress and facilitate understanding and compassion. And we will practice mindful listening to hold space to share our feelings and experiences, hopes and fears.

Facilitated by Jenna Joya Blondel, PhD, Minister of Walking Prayer, we will meet on the first Sunday of the month, March 2, from 2 to 3pm in Canton at the Unitarian Universalist Church. (The same program will be offered in Potsdam at Trillium at the Presbyterian Church on a weekday evening later in the month, to be decided.) There is no charge, and all are welcome.
