The Power of Poetry

We will be in the sanctuary for those assembled, in person or through Zoom, to share poetry important to us, whether it is the poetry of a song or an old classic. We will share orally from the pulpit (or via Zoom) as many poems as we have time for. We ask that you select a poem that can be read in no more than 3 minutes. No epic poetry please! You can read your poem or ask another person to read it for you. Please provide a brief explanation for why you selected your poem. We ask that you bring a hard copy of your poem with your short explanation to leave with the worship team, who will create a record of all poems, those shared orally and those not, to post for the community.
