Covid, Cavities, and Cause and Effect Moralities

The New Testament is full of stories of Jesus healing people. In one, the disciples ask him, “Who sinned, this man or his parents, that he was born blind?” While cause and effect is a very important cognitive tool, it is not always useful in morality and theology.
