We’ll honor Mother’s Day by reminding ourselves that our lives and world require nurturing…mothering, writ large, by persons with big hearts of any gender, age, or social station. Do you nurture your bees, the local park, the kids in your class? Do you nurture your mother, your child, a neighbor, your patients, a garden? Well then, Happy Mother’s Day!
The Rev. Christine Robinson is the minister emerita of the First Unitarian Church of Albuquerque New Mexico and has been a regular pulpit guest for us during our minister’s sabbatical.
