Working Together: Creating Bully-Free Workplaces
The Unitarian Universalist Church of Canton is pleased to announce the first conference of its new Social Justice Initiative. Working Together: Creating Bully-Free Workplaces, to be held Saturday, September 30, 2017 at the church, will address the problems of harassment and bullying that many people face in their jobs.
The keynote speaker will be Dr. Maureen Duffy, a practicing therapist and consultant who has authored a number of important books about workplace bullying.
Other presenters will include educators, counselors, management consultants, and legal advocates from the North Country, Boston, Buffalo, and New York City. The conference also will feature an exhibit by photographer Torii Bottomley.

Each of the topical workshops will be offered twice, with the exception of the Management/HR and the Conflict Resolution workshops, which will be offered in succession. Attendees should pre-register for their preferences for the first and second workshops tol help us ensure adequate seating for the workshops.
