This Sunday, October 5:

Choir rehearsal, 9:15 a.m.

Worship, 10:30 a.m.: "Spilt Milk and Forgotten Joy" - Reflections for the Jewish High Holy Days with Anne Marsh and Wade Wheelock, and music by the Handbell Choir. You’re invited to bring a contribution of non-perishables for our monthly food pantry collection.

After church, the Exploring Christianity group meets at noon in the Upstairs Room to share ideas and images of God.

Women in the Arts presents the exhibit "Due North from New York City," featuring our own Ines Sanchez-Ferreira among others. The exhibit begins Saturday, Oct. 4th – with a reception at 7 pm – and runs through Nov. 1 at the Creative Spirit Art Center, 6 Raymond St., Potsdam.

"Politics and Liberal Values in the Wake of Knoxville" is the theme of our District Social Justice Conference in Schenectady on October 4. More info on workshops and registration forms are at the back of the Sanctuary, and financial assistance available for attendees. Let the ministers know if you’d like to attend.

Also at the back of the Sanctuary, info about the upcoming NYS Convention of Universalists in Poughkeepsie Oct. 10-11 and UU Weekend at Silver Bay, Oct. 17-19.
