Our church community shares a commitment to promote social justice through education, advocacy, and service. We work to empower members of the congregation and broader community to generate and implement positive social transformation.
The Faith in Action (FiA) Leadership Group facilitates and coordinates short- and long-term projects that include Climate and Environmental Justice, Food Security, LGBTQIA+, Racial Justice, Voting Rights, and others.
The Social Action Team also coordinates the Social Action Shared Offerings (SASO) and the Rachel Somers Grant Social Action Award.
