If You're New To Unitarian Universalism

We are a church that honors the inherent worth of every person and interdependence of all life. We look to our own experiences, each other's stories, wisdom from all the world's religions, science, art, nature, and many other sources for inspiration and guidance. We celebrate the diversity of people and ideas in our community and welcome the full participation of all, without regard to race, gender, sexual orientation, class, or physical or mental challenge. We seek to put what we learn together into action to make our world a more just and compassionate place. We invite you to journey with us!

Please check the Newsletter link for most summer events and schedules.

Our Religious Education Program needs two volunteers each Sunday during the summer, an RE Assistant and a Nursery care giver. No advance prep needed – just arrive 10 minutes early and check in with the Acting DRE. Please sign up on the kiosk at church.

Hear ye, hear ye! The Ministerial Search Committee will conduct a congregational survey this summer. The survey will paint a detailed portrait of our congregation’s demographics, beliefs, interests, and aspirations for the future. It will be an important document for ministerial candidates considering our church. To be as accurate and inclusive as possible, we are aiming for 100% participation! So, whether you stay at home or are away this summer, watch your mail and the electronic news for information. You can complete the survey online or on paper, but whatever your choice, please DO participate by thoughtfully completing a survey form. Questions? Contact any member of the Search Committee.

Ministers’ schedule: Although June 28th was Anne and Wade’s last service, their last day as our ministers is July 31. During July, they will be working on administrative preparations for the transition to our interim minister and will be available for any emergencies.

If you are unable to be on the lists for Greeters and Hosts for 2009-10, please let the church office know by July 15. Thanks!
